St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes
On Friday I made cupcakes for St. Patrick's day. I decided to make 'green' velvet cupcakes. I used the recipe from Georgetown Cupcake, but used green food coloring instead of red. Then I made my Grandma Doescher's red velvet icing, which is different from the normal cream cheese frosting. Yum! Oh and for dinner tonight I made my Grandma Doescher's baked corned beef recipe, mashed potatoes, peas, and Irish soda bread.

Those look SO good! And they are green. I love your wooden high chair too, I would like one but I think Peter would prefer a spaceship looking one instead....lol
