In mid-October James started standing up! Before then, we would try to make him stand, and he just wasn't having it. You know how they just collapse down and refuse to lock their legs? Here are a bunch of pics of him showing off his new trick. Once he started standing that also meant it was time to take down the mobile (the projector is still attached to the crib and he loves pressing the buttons to turn it on himself).

Oh mobility! So exciting, yet the start of so much exhaustion for us moms! He is so grown up from when we last saw him.....Time flies.
