When we arrived at my parents house after opening presents at the Burtons, we saw this HUGE present that was addressed to Richard and me from my brother Joseph. We were really confused because it looked like a TV, but that would be way too crazy and expensive. Was this a joke? So of course that was the first present Richard chose to open. He could not take the suspense! We were in disbelief when we opened the box and it was a 50 inch HDTV! We really couldn't believe it! My brother had gotten a package deal on his laptop and decided to give us the TV. He is always so generous. We had really been wanting a new TV, so this was our dream present. Talk about setting a high bar for us! I hope one day we can give him as awesome a present.
Anyways, we had a lovely morning opening presents. We took our time and opened each present individually. It was a quiet time, compared to the craziness of the morning. We really are so lucky to have both of our families.
The TV all wrapped the night before. They spent hours trying to figure out how to give it to us!
