The other day I put our step stool next to the powder room sink and showed Miles how he could play with the water. He was entertained for 30 minutes to an hour, and now wants to do it all the time (water? water? water?). It does mean we waste some water and he gets soaked, but I think it is totally worth it! Plus I just think that kind of tactile, imaginative play is good for their brain development :) It's fun to see him use his imagination.
