4th of July and DC Fireworks

We had a great 4th of July, but of course I missed having Richard with us since he was in Africa. First we had a yummy dinner, and then we headed down to DC to watch the fireworks. While we waited we played Mafia to pass the time. The fireworks were shorter than usual, but still great. I always love the finale. It was really crazy having both of my brothers there with their girlfriends- they are so grownup!

Oh and of course we went back to the house afterward and ate homemade vanilla ice cream :)
