I decided to get a little crafty and make a valentine's day banner for our mantel. My idea was to sew fabric hearts and hang them on a ribbon with clothespins. It actually turned out pretty cute! And it only cost me $7. Our apartment feels much more festive. Plus it was fun to get out the sewing machine again. There's just something satisfying about creating.
