One year ago I was already on maternity leave, since my due date was November 11th. At one point I even thought Miles might come a little early- hahahaha. More like 10 days late. I started to realize he was in no rush. Actually, I really didn't mind- I enjoyed my time off, knowing even less sleep was ahead of me.
It was such an amazing time in our lives. My parents were going to bed every night with suitcases and coolers ready to hop in the car and drive 8 hours if I went into labor. We were all organized and ready, just waiting for our little guy. It was scary, exciting, and so special. It's pretty crazy knowing one of the biggest days of your life is coming. Now I can't believe it has almost been one year...

(boy did I grow in those last few weeks- and so did Miles haha)
