yes most all of our food in our house is gluten-free. i say most because i dont eat GF bread (it really isn't good.... at all) and i buy my own cereal. before adeline was born i made everything gluten free but now that she is eating real food, i have a cupboard full of what i call "gluten filled food" - flour tortillas, graham crackers, pancake mix, goldfish, and oatmeal. our dinners are always GF and our breakfasts and lunches are split (we'll make the same thing - say quesadillas - but i'll make one batch "gluten filled" with flour tortillas and on a seperate pan do gluten free with rice or corn tortillas). now that we have a good repertoire (sp??) or GF recipes its not bad at all. just takes a little more planning and a little more time.
anyways, not trying to hijack your blog but if your family needs any tips on eating GF feel free to have them email me. id be more than happy to share some recipes and tips that we like.
